... "The best gift you can give to someone is the gift of inspiration" ...

DOODLING, the unintentional art form.

Definition: A doodle is an unfocused or unconscious drawing made while a person's attention is otherwise occupied. Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning or may just be abstract shapes.

I doodle when I'm tense, it keeps me focused onto something that requires attention in detail specially if its a symmetrical design.

"According to a study published in the scientific journal of Applied Cognitive Psychology, doodling can aid a person's memory by expending just enough energy to keep one from daydreaming, which demands a lot of the brain's processing power, as well as from not paying attention. Thus, it acts as a mediator between the spectrum of thinking too much or thinking too little and helps focus on the current situation."

These are some of my doodles, I hope you like them!

  1. Pero todos esos dibujos son tuyos?? Geniales!! A ver cu├índo me pongo yo en plan… abstracta.!

  2. Another study showed at-risk students who, for one year, participated in an art- based curriculum raised their standardized language arts test by an average of eight percentile points, 16 percentile points if enrolled for two years.
